Helen M. Weyman, 60, of 511 Eighth Street, Beaver Falls, passed away the evening of July 29, 2013 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born September 1, 1952 in New Castle, she was a daughter of Earl L. and Dorothy M. Pritchard Hughes. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Rev. Terry Weyman, who she married September 5, 1970. Helen was a graduate of Riverside High School in 1970 and was an employee of the Special Olympics in Center Township from 1988-1996. Helen was a member of Freedom Nazarene Church in Freedom, Pa., and was active in pastoral service along side her husband with multiple churches. Among her many interests were reading, ceramics, and playing the piano, but most importantly, spending time with her beloved granddaughters. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Miriam Weyman, Jr. of Painesville, Ohio and Scott and Tracey Weyman of Patterson Township, Pa; 4 sisters, Judy Stasko of Green Bay, WI, Linda Sankey of New Castle, Janet Hutchinson of Hermitage, and Mary Osborne of Tampa, FL; and 4 granddaughters, Elizabeth M. Weyman, Victoria N. Weyman, Emily R. Weyman, and Madison M. Weyman. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Leonard Earl Hughes. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013, from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. A funeral service will take place on Friday, August 2, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home and will be officiated by Rev. David Moore of Freedom Nazarene Church and Rev. J. Bret Metcalfe. Burial will be in Castle View Gardens.
