Shirley Fennell, 83, of New Castle, passed away March 29, 2020 at her residence. Born April 8, 1936 in New Castle, she was the daughter of Charles and Vergie (Thompson) Zornes. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne L. Fennell, Sr. and a son, David Fennell. She was a homemaker. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
