William Guy Comstock, 55, of Portersville, passed away on July 11, 2017 at his residence. Born in New Castle on May 8, 1962, he was a son of the late William B. Comstock and Donna C. Allison Comstock. He attended Laurel High School. Previously he was employed by Castle Builders Supply for 15 years as a supervisor/welder and by Spomin Metals of New Castle as a welder. Mr. Comstock enjoyed hunting, fishing and helping others. Above all, he loved his family and friends. He was a member of the VFW in Harrisville. Survivors include a daughter, Tera Comstock of Sarasota, FL; a sister, Terry Sanfilippo of New Castle; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to R.
