A. Joanne Miller, 83, of Union Township passed away on May 21, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Lena Peterman and Andrew Eugene Reynolds and was married for forty years to Julian "Bud" Miller who passed away in 1989. Joanne was the beloved mother of her son David Miller of the Overlook Medical Center of New Wilmington, PA and daughter Mary Miller Spanoudakis, her husband Andrew Spanoudakis, and their children Alaina Spanoudakis (Brian Davis), Stephen Spanoudakis (Jessica Flaherty) and Nicholas Spanoudakis, all of Pittsburgh, PA. Mrs. Miller is also survived by her sister Jane Schuetz of Midland, MI, brother-in-law James Roberts (Pat) of New Castle, PA, sister-in-law and best friend Joan Stewart of New Castle, PA and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband and her sister Ruth Roberts. Visitation will be at the Cunningham Funeral Home, 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle, PA from 11 am — noon on Saturday. A blessing service, officiated by Rev. Matthew Bupp, will follow immediately at the funeral home. A private burial will be in Castle View Memorial Gardens, New Castle, PA.
