Alan D. Kumrow, 59, formerly of West Pittsburg, passed away January 21, 2019 at Peninsula Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Born October 9, 1959 in New Castle, he is the son of Carl H. and Betty B. (Regan) Kumrow. Alan attended Lawrence County Vo-Tech and was employed as a laborer with Remacor. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three daughters, Jessica Clark, Casey Torrence and Melissa Kumrow; two brothers, Carl H. Kumrow, Jr. and Jeffrey Scott Kumrow; two sisters, Beth Ann Sleeman and Carol Lynn Law; and six grandchildren. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle with Pastor Greg Marshall of New Life Baptist Church officiating.
