Alma M. Criscito, 85, of New Castle, passed away the evening of April 12, 2018, at Jameson Care Center. Born October 11, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Christine Pagley Marshall. Alma was a cook at St. Francis Hospital for 30 years. She enjoyed holidays and cooking and was a life member of Ladies of the Dukes. What gave Alma the most joy in her life, were the times she spent with her children and grandchildren. Alma is survived by two daughters; Deborah (Richard) Mooney of Columbus, OH., Angela Criscito and her spouse, Deborah Hodnick of New Castle, two sons; James (Kim Shipman) Criscito, Jr., and Laurence Criscito, both of New Castle, one sister; Thomasine Frank of New Castle, three grandsons; David and Derek Weir, of Columbus, OH and Michael Criscito, of New Castle, and several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Alma is preceded in death by one sister; Mary Jane Marshall and one grandson; Matthew S. Criscito. In following Alma's wishes there will be no visitation or services.
