Anthony J. Gigliotti, 58, of Neshannock Township, passed away the afternoon of January 29, 2014 at UPMC Passavant Hospital. Born November 25, 1955 in Pittsburgh, PA, he was a son of Joseph and Annina Salfo Gigliotti. He was a 1974 graduate of Neshannock High School and graduated from Youngstown State University in 1976. Anthony operated the Southern Park Shoe Repair, a shoe repair business in Boardman, Ohio from 1979-2005. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan. Most important, he enjoyed the company of his family. Anthony was a member of St. Vitus Church. He is survived by two brothers, Guy Gigliotti, and Frank (Mary) Gigliotti, both of New Castle; two sisters, Michelina (Charles) Brown of St. Leonard, MD, and Maria (Danny) Moreno of San Antonio, TX; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, John Gigliotti. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2914, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, February 3, 2014, for St. Vitus Church, where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. The Rev. Thomas Lewandowski will be officiating. Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum.
