Benardino M. Bennie Tubby Camerot, 89, of West Pittsburg passed away December 12, 2017 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Born on May 8, 1928 in West Pittsburg, he was the son of Joseph and Philomena Carangi Camerot. He married Mary Jane Drake Camerot on June 6, 1953 whom survives at home. He graduated from New Castle High School in 1946. Benardino served in the United States Army during the Korean War conflict. Benardino was a member of the Highland Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder. He was first employed by Television Parts Company in New Castle as a store manager. He later worked for Northminster Presbyterian Church and Highland Presbyterian Church as a custodian and performing maintenance. He was a Zoning Officer and an Auditor for Taylor Township. Benardino was an avid football and baseball fan. He enjoyed musical theater and reading. Along with his wife he is survived by one daughter, Cheryl (Mike) Dean of Avon Ohio; two brothers, Jack Camerot of New Castle; Joseph Camerot of West Pittsburg; two sisters, Carmella Bokros of Struthers, Ohio; Mariann Jones of West Pittsburg, PA; one granddaughter, Janalyn (Patrick) Ayers of Akron, Ohio; one great-granddaughter, Melodee Ayers of Akron, Ohio. Bernardino was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Angeline Govojdean. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Rd. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev.
