Beryle A. Ford, 93, formerly of Ashberry Lane, passed away at Rhodes Estates the morning of February 16, 2013. Born December 7, 1919, in Linesville, PA, she was a daughter of Harry Lee and Mildred Maude Hotchkiss Rankin. Preceding her in death on April 17, 2011 was her husband of 69 years, James B. Ford, whom she married February 11, 1942. With the exception of the five years she was a clerk with Eckerd Drug Store, Beryle was a homemaker most of her life. She was a member of First Assembly of God. Survivors include a son and daughter in-law, Lee Burton and Annetta Ford of Cadiz, KY; one grandchild; two great grandchildren; and a dear friend, Rosemary Ayers of New Castle. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Justine Weaver, and two brothers, Drexel and Duane Rankin, and one neice, Shirley Winters.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation Wednesday, Fev. 20, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Chad Stoecker will officiate. Burial will be in Castle View Gardens.
