Betty "Bunny" Robbins, 90, passed away on June 6, 2021 at home in the Villages, FL, surrounded by her family. Betty was born on April 26, 1931, in Ellwood City, to the late Benjamin P and Mary Rose Heichel Barker. She was the proud owner of Bunny's Card & Gifts in New Castle for many years. Bunny and Ward loved to travel in their RV across the US and abroad. Bunny had many hobbies, collecting all kinds of bunnies, large and small. She loved her flower garden, crocheting, playing the organ and of course, her church. She was loved by many and will be missed. Bunny was preceded in passing by her parents, Benjamin and Mary (Heichel) Barker; 2 sisters, Charlotte Barker and Joanne Smock; her daughter, Terri Fulkerson Stoops and 2 infant sons, John and Stephen Yarzebinski. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Ward Robbins; her son, Jeffery (Debra) Yarzebinski of Conway, SC; her daughter, Marcie Jo (Richard) Wesner of Virginia Beach, VA; 2 brothers, Benjamin (Paula) Barker and John (Michell) Barker both of New Castle; 1 sister, Denise Hasek Summers of Cortland, OH; 3 grandchildren, Jennifer (Bill) Winkler of New Castle, Ryan (Kathryn) Yarzebinski of Lynchburg, VA, Robert (Ranila) Wesner of Virginia Beach, VA; 5 great grandchildren and 2 step children, Walter Robbins of Germany and Ashley Robbins of Goochland, VA. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021, from 10-11 am with funeral services following at 11:00 am at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Rd. Rev. John Yergan will officiate. Burial will be in Locust Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital in honor of Bunny.
