Beulah "Ann" Parish, 82, of 3820 Frew Mill Rd. passed away the night of Aug. 29, 2011 at Butler Memorial Hospital.Born March 27, 1929, in New Castle, she was the daughter of Oscar D. and Luella Todd Stickle. She married Lloyd E. Parish on June 10, 1950. He survives.Ann was a graduate of Princeton High School and Jameson School of Nursing.She was head nurse at Westminster College, a nurse for Dr. Flannery and a registered nurse at Jameson Hospital.Ann was a devout Christian who loved her God, and her family. She enjoyed cooking, baking and extending hospitality to others. Ann was a member of Jameson Nurses Alumni.A member of Church of Christ, she taught Sunday school and was involved in many church activities.In addition to her husband, Ann is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Jill D. Rovini of Hubbard, OH, and Patty A. and Jay Downing of New Castle; three sons and daughters-in-law, Michael L. and Mary A. Parish of Portersville, David Todd and Cheryl L. Parish of New Wilmington, and Timothy Ray and Mary Beth Parish of Slippery Rock.; 12 grandchildren, Ryan, Troy, Rachel, Erin, Ashley, Matthew, Zachary, Nichole, Sarah, Marley, Evan and Abbey; and three great grandchildren, Ali, Asher and Riley.She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Richard and Bernard Stickle; and two sisters, Bernice Mentzer and Beryl Jermanovich.Visitation will be 10:30-11:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, at Church of Christ, 1711 West State St., New Castle.A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, at the church.
