Beverly Ann Poulton, 66, of New Castle, passed away the afternoon of December 4, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh. Born October 30, 1954 in New Castle, she was the daughter of Gerald Laverne and Bernice Eloise (Fobes) Moore. Beverly was preceded in death on November 3, 2017 by her husband of 44 years, Robert W. Poulton, whom she married August 20, 1973. A graduate of Neshannock High School, she was employed as a bookkeeper with Family 1st Credit Union. Beverly was the founding member of the New Castle Christian Academy. She enjoyed traveling, but most important to her was her grandchildren and time spent with her family. She is survived by her children, son Stephen R. (Amanda) Poulton of New Castle, and daughter, Sarah (Ben) Keeler of Canfield, Ohio; one brother, Kenneth (Debbie) Moore of New Castle; one sister, Jerrilyn (Gary) Kay of Sharon, PA; and three grandchildren, Giada Poulton, Ryan Keeler and Laila Keeler. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 9, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. Visitors are asked to follow the current guidelines in regard to face masks and social distancing. A private funeral service will be held for the family with the Rev. Ron Eade of Church of Genesis officiating. Burial will be alongside her husband at Castle View Cemetery.
