Obituary

Brenda L. Pacai of Bessemer, PA passed away June 26, 2013 after an extended illness. She was 55. Brenda was born Feb. 4, 1958 in Sharon, PA to Paul W. Sr. and Antoinette Clark. She graduated from Farrell High School and attended YSU. She worked at National Life and Accident Insurance in Sharon, Walmart in New Castle, and working 14 plus years at Liberty Mutual Insurance in New Castle until her death. In 1983 Brenda married Mark Pacai of Wampum. Later they made their home in Bessemer, raising their two sons, Christopher and Kyle, both of Bessemer, who brought her the most joy in her life. She loved spending time with her children, family and friends. She loved to go to the casinos and play bingo. She was very artistic and crafty and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, and decorating her home. Shopping was her passion. Besides her husband and sons, she leaves behing her mother, Antoinette Clark of West Middlesex; three sisters, Anna Blair and her husband, Wayne, of Greenville, Linda Osborne and her husband, Keith, of New Wilmington, and Marcie Wirtjes and her husband, George, of West Middlesex; two brothers, Paul Clark Jr. of Sharon, and Kenneth Clark of Colona, IL.She also leaves behind three nieces, Shawnee and Sierra Blair of Greenville, who were also her goddaughters, and Annie Clark of Peoria, IL; three nephews, Justin Clark of Colona, IL, serving in Japan at this time, Andrew Wirtjes of West Middlesex, and Nathan Clark of Colona, IL. Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Paul Clark, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Mary Gargano; and her paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Mildred Clark.Visitation will be Saturday, June 29, 2013, from 2-4 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle and Monday, July 1, 2013 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima St. Ann's Church, Farrell, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the church. The Rev. Father Donald Berdis will officiate. Burial will be at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Farrell. Memorial contributions may be made to her sons, Christopher and Kyle Pacai of Bessemer.
