C. Jeanne Jolley, age 84, passed away on October 31, 2016 at her residence in Plano, Texas. Born in New Castle on November 23, 1931, she was a daughter of Chauncey D. and Grace L. Aubel Mckissick. On June 26, 1955 she married James W. Jolley. He preceded her in death on June 15, 1985. A graduate of Shenango High School and Jameson School of Nursing, she retired from Jameson Hospital, where she was employed as a registered nurse. She was a very active member of First Presbyterian Church and involved with many church activities. Survivors include her three sons, James Richard (Cynthia J.) Jolley, of New Castle, PA, Jay Robert (Judith W.) Jolley of Plano, Texas, and Jeff Roger (Diana L.) Jolley of Berlin, Maryland; and five grandchildren, Christina J., James R. Jr., Briana R., Erin M., and Benjamin A. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one brother, Dale C. Mckissick. Visitation will be on Saturday from 11 to 1 at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A memorial service will be held immediately following visitation on Saturday at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Andrew R. Jillson officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Jeanne's name to First Presbyterian Church, 125 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA 16101.
