Carole A. Coulter, 84, of New Castle, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2026, at UPMC Passavant–McCandless.

Born July 14, 1942, in Pittsburgh, Carole was the daughter of the late Kenneth E. Leonard and Helen (Hastings) Leonard.

Carole married Don Holler who preceded her in passing on April 16, 1999. Subsequently, she married John Everett Coulter, on April 19, 2003. John preceded her in death on March 10, 2026.

Carole was a loving mother, sister, wife, and friend. She attended Freedom High School. She worked as an aide at PARC, where she dedicated her time to helping others. She was of the Methodist faith and was very dedicated to the church. She enjoyed volunteering her time with the choir and assisting with bereavement dinners. She will also be remembered for the love and care she gave to her family throughout her life.

She is survived by her children Loren Holler (Debbie) of New Wilmington; Herb Holler (Michelle) of New Castle; and Tim Holler (Crystal) of New Castle; Diane Lewis (Walt) of Transfer; Pam Watkins (Brian) of New Castle; Karen Stanley (Todd) of Bessemer; and Anand Shetty of Emerson, NJ, along with forty grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husbands, Carole was preceded in death by two sons, Jeffrey and Brian Holler; one brother, Kenneth Leonard; and one daughter, Barbara Shetty.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.

Burial will be the following day at Center Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in honor of Carole to Grace United Methodist Ministry, 135 Decker Drive, New Castle, PA 16105.
