Charles C. Barth, age 91, of Enon Valley, PA, passed away the morning of February 26, 2024, at his home.

Born October 24, 1932, in Poland Township, Ohio, he was the son of the late Charles A. and Edna (Calvin) Barth.

Surviving at home is his beloved wife of 63 years, Carolyn L. (Snyder) Barth, whom he married August 12, 1960.

Mr. Barth attended the Springfield Township schools in Ohio and served his country in the US Army from 1955-1957.

Chuck spent his life doing what he enjoyed for many years, being a self-employed farmer. Together he and his business partner, Donald Barth, founded B&B Farms, Inc. He was a member of FFA (Future Farmers of America) and the Farm Bureau. Among his varied interests, he enjoyed gardening and woodworking. He was a member of Poland Village Baptist Church in Poland, Ohio.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Brian (Tonya) Barth, Daniel (Jill) Barth and Scott (Michelle) Barth, all of Enon Valley; two brothers, James (Judy) Barth of Tennessee and Kenneth (Virginia) Barth of New Middletown, Ohio; two sisters, Mary Lenhart and Carol (Bruce) Hitchcock, both of California; and nine grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 1, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at Poland Valley Baptist Church, 79 Hill Drive, Poland, Ohio, with Pastor Brian Ethridge officiating.

Burial will be in Petersburg Cemetery in Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Poland Village Baptist Church.
