Charlotte M. Boughter, age 81, of New Castle passed away on November 29, 2016 at UPMC Jameson. Born in New Castle on January 3, 1935, she was a daughter of Harold Richard and Alice May Cooper Boughter. On November 22, 1968 she married Robert Baxter. He preceded her in death in April 1980. A 1953 graduate of Shenango High School, Charlotte was self-employed as a home health care server for 35 years. She was a member of Grace Bible Church. Survivors include one daughter, Debra Lynn Baxter Aller; one son, David Harold Baxter, both of New Castle; one brother, Daniel Boughter of New Castle; and one sister, Cynthia Simpkins, of New Castle; five grandchildren, Brandon, Jennifer, Tory, Ashley and David; and twelve great grandchild. Besides her parents and her husband, she is preceded in death by one brother, David Harold Boughter; and one sister, Carol Lenhart. In keeping with Charlotte's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements have been entrusted to R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.
