Cheryl A. Borgman, age 66, of Blackstone Drive, New Castle, Pa., passed away the morning of February 14, 2016 at her residence. Born January 10, 1950 in New Castle, she was a daughter of Ralph V. and Nora Caparoula Robinson. Her parents survive in New Castle. A graduate of New Castle High School, she attended Robert Morris University for two years. Cheryl was employed with Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan as the Academic Coordinator for the Dean of Nursing. She enjoyed shopping, movies and interior design. Her pride and joy was her son, Justin. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Justin N. Hatchner and his fiancé Sarah A. Zylstra of New Jersey; one sister, Marcia L. (Philip) Praysner of Ocoee, FL; and one grandson, Ayden. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 17, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A funeral service will take place on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev.
