Cheryl J. Miskell, age 78, of Austintown, OH, passed away the evening of Dec. 20, 2024, at her residence.

Born Sept. 25, 1946, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Nelson) Kastner.

On May 10, 1969, she married her beloved husband, Raymond Miskell. He survives at home.

Cheryl was a graduate of Union High School. Before her retirement, she worked several years at Home Federal Savings and Loans Association, located in Niles, Ohio. Prior to that, she worked as a controller, employed by First Federal of Youngstown. Cheryl was a part of the Pink Ribbon Golf Committee partnered with Red Cross. She attended St. John's Lutheran Church.

In addition to her husband, survivors include one brother, Bill Kastner (Susan) and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thurs. Dec. 26th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation, at the funeral home, at 2:00 PM with Pastor William LaVelle officiating.

Burial will be at Castleview Memorial Gardens.
