Cheryl L. Wholf, 63, of Fairfield Ave., passed away November 20, 2015 at her residence. Born August 15, 1952 in New Castle, she was the daughter of Guy M. and Mabel I. Fye Wholf. A graduate from Union High School in 1970, she went on to achieve her bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University. Cheryl was employed as a social worker until her retirement. Because of her enjoyment of crafts, she was the owner of Susie Q's Craft store in Volant, PA. Cheryl is survived by two brothers, Gary (Donna) Wholf of Poland, OH., and Robert Stevensen of New Castle; 2 nephews; 4 nieces; 6 great-nephews; and 8 great-nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will take place Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 2429 Wilmington Road.
