Claudia Marion (Linton) Cameron, born September 13, 1940, was the daughter of Claude W. Linton and Helen Garrett Evans. She graduated from New Castle High School in 1958 and married the love of her life, Robert S. Cameron, on August 14, 1959.

Claudia worked for many years as the secretary at The Salvation Army in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was also a former member of Mahoning Presbyterian Church. Upon retirement, Claudia and Bob moved to North Fort Myers, Florida, where they enjoyed their retirement years together.

Claudia had many interests and enjoyed quilting, crafting, and playing bingo. She and her husband, Bob, also shared many happy memories as members of the Rapid Tappets Car Club. But above all, Claudia cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. She was happiest surrounded by the people she loved.

Claudia was predeceased by her husband, Bob; her parents; and her brothers, Ted Linton and Tom Linton.

She is survived by her two daughters, Chelly (Rick) Mazzei of Fairview, North Carolina, and Kelly (Mark) Ritko of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania; her three grandchildren, Cameron Mazzei, Natali Mazzei, and Rylee Ritko; and her brothers, Kenny (Alice) Linton and Ronny (Helene) Linton.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends and lovingly remembered for the joy, warmth, and love she brought to their lives.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 11-1 pm at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. A funeral service will take place immediately following at 1:00 PM. Dr. Rev. Anthony Kladitis will officiate. Burial will be in Castleview Memorial Gardens.
