Claudia I. "Judy" Jones, age 83, of New Castle, passed away the early morning of June 3, 2022, at Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver, PA. Born March 25, 1939, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late James S. Irvine and Gladys (Miller) Irvine Hulme. Claudia was a 1957 graduate of Shenango High School. She worked at St. Francis Hospital and Bell Telephone. She retired from Jameson Memorial Hospital as a switchboard operator. Claudia enjoyed the time she was able to spend with her family. She attended Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her two sons, Robert L. Jones of Evans City, PA, and J. Scott Jones of New Castle, PA; two sisters, Janice Hulme of Pittsburgh, PA, and Susan DeCaprio of New Castle, PA; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
