Cledia A. Haines, 72, of New Castle, passed away the evening of February 21, 2018. Born December 16, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Hannah Lee Finley Hawes. She was married to the late Raymond Haines who preceded her in death. Cledia loved to crochet and loved to play bingo, but what gave her the most joy, was spending time with her family. She is survived by her mother, Hannah Lee Finley Hawes of New Castle; three sisters, Judy Tillia of New Castle, Nancy Oaks of Fredericksburg, and Rebecca Cameron of Bessemer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death, along with her father and husband, is one sister; Shirley Da'urio and a daughter, Sandra Haines.
