Dale K. Berkley, Jr., age 51 of Neshannock Township, passed away the afternoon of June 3, 2021 at his home. Born August 22, 1969 in New Castle, he was the son of Dale K. Berkley, Sr. and Peggy (Deep) Berkley who reside in New Castle. He is survived by the love of his life, Jennifer (Pautz) Berkley whom he married March 23, 2019. Dale was a 1989 graduate of "The U", Union High School, and went on to attend Houghton College. Dale had a passion for the railroad and was president of the New Castle Industrial Railroad and SI Rail Consulting for several years. In addition to his interests in tennis, golf and basketball, he was an avid Steeler fan and often enjoyed traveling and experiencing culture and food. He enjoyed being entertained by singers and song writers in his travels. He also had a familiar saying that with karaoke, "good is good but bad is better". Dale loved food of all sorts, known to his family as a foodie. He attended First Assembly of God Church. Dale was a generous, kind and giving person who will be missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents and his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Aleesha Berkley (Gabe Boyd) of Pittsburgh; three sons, Deven (Danielle) Berkley of Neshannock Township, Alexander Frazier and Cameryn Frazier both of Neshannock Township; one brother, Darren (Miriam) Berkley of Fredericksburg, VA; two nieces, Hannah Berkley and Myah Berkley; and the light of his life, his granddaughter, Hayden Berkley. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Abraham and Twila Deep and paternal grandparents, Wayne and Gertrude Berkley and his bulldog, Abe. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 8, from 2:00-5:30 p.m. at First Assembly of God, 2021 Pulaski Road, New Castle, PA 16105. A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation at 5:30 with Rev. John Kuert officiating.
