Obituary

Dan S. Fraser, age 68, of New Wilmington, PA, passed away the morning of April 5, 2025, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle.

Born May 20, 1956, in New Castle, he was the son of Donald M. Fraser and Deloris (Williams) Fraser Burdett, and stepson of Jerry Burdett.

Dan was the warehouse manager at Point Spring & Driveshaft Co. In addition to playing the guitar, he was an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoying hunting and fishing.

Dan is survived by his wife, Marjerie (Hquimpo) Fraser of New Wilmington; one daughter, Tiffany Fraser of Boardman, OH; two sons, Danny Fraser of Beaver, PA and Christopher Fraser of Volant, PA; two sisters, Christine Rogers of Harrisburg and Rebecca Fraser of New Castle; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and stepfather, Jerry Burdett.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Fraser and Gregory Fraser.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12, from 11:00-1:00 at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A Blessing Service will take place immediately following the visitation at 1:00 Saturday at the funeral home, with Deacon John Carran, officiating. The Fraser family requests that, if possible, visitors wear blue in remembrance of Dan at the service.

Burial will be in Neshannock Presbyterian Cemetery in New Wilmington.
