Danny L. Bird Show, Sr., 57, of Copper Road, New Castle, passed away the night of November 3, 2017 at his home after a battle with cancer. Born May 23, 1960 in New Castle, he was the son of Merle and Eleanor Leonhardt Show. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Diana George Show, whom he married on November 21, 1980. Prior to his employment as a mechanic for Dr. Pepper and Snapple, he was a mechanic for Penn Auto. He could always be found working on cars at his home, riding his motorcycle or hunting. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Danny L. Show, Jr. and his wife Crystl of New Castle; two grandchildren, Dru and Brooke Show; three brothers, Gary Show and Dave Show of Ellwood City, Tom Show of New Castle; and one sister, Margie Lough of Wampum. He was preceded in death by his parents and his maternal and paternal grandparents. A Memorial Service will take place on November 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at his residence.
