David was a faithful, life long member of Croton United Methodist Church where he served as liturgist and helped with the King's Kids. Survivors include his mother, Betty, of New Castle; two sisters, Terri Majors of New Castle and Mary Ann Wallace of Ashland, KY; three aunts, Dorothy Kastner and Betty Nelson of New Castle, and Peg Mattes of Poland, Ohio; and one nephew, Mark Wallace. He was preceded in death by his father. Visitation will be held on Friday, Nov 8, 2013, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home and will be officiated by Rev. Dr. Ron Wanless. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
