David L. Spellick, 63, of Struthers, passed away the evening of August 5, 2011 in St. Elizabeth Hospital.David was born May 10, 1948 in Youngstown, OH, to Albert D. and Marian Kuhn Spellick. His mother survives in Edinburg. Mr. Spellick worked as a lineman at Delphi and was a Veteran in the US Navy. He attended Mahoning Presbyterian Church.In addition to his mother, David is survived by his loving wife Alice Couch Spellick; two sons and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Brooke Spellick of Lowellville, OH, Michael Spellick of East Liverpool, OH; one sister, Deborah Spellick of Edinburg, PA and five grandchildren.Mr. Spellick was preceded in death by his father, and one son, Matthew SpellickVisitation will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011, from 2-5 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Robert D. Dayton will officiate. Burial will be in Mahoning Presbyterian Cemetery.
