Deborah Jeanne Owoc, 55, of New Castle passed away June 30, 2016 at Jameson Hospital. Born March 27, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Loyal E. Parady Jr. and Deanna Kleckner Parady. Surviving at home is her husband, Julian J. Owoc II whom she met in 1990 and married on March 23, 2004. She graduated from Laurel High School. She was employed as a POS rep at K-Mart as well as a web designer and a homemaker. Deborah enjoyed the outdoors, taking pleasure in hiking, gardening, and landscaping. In addition to her husband, Deborah is survived by one son, Eric D. Halfhill of New Castle; one daughter, Jennifer L. Bauder of New Castle; two brothers, Kevin D. Parady of Edinburg and Loyal E. Parady III of New Castle; and three grandchildren, William A. Scott, Dante L. Call, and Stephanie E. Bauder. She was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2:00- 4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm at R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.
