Diane Marie Pitzer (formerly Glitsch), age 70, of Slippery Rock, passed away peacefully, Monday, September 4th, 2023, at Canterbury Family Hospice after her battle with cancer. Diane will be as missed as she was known and loved by many.

Diane was a former postal employee where she worked for 22 years. She enjoyed bingo, car rides and spending time with her pets.

Diane is survived by three brothers; Robert, Timothy, and David, and her two children; Scott Pitzer and Timothy Pitzer. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary; father, Robert; and brother, James Pitzer/ Glitsch.

The family of Diane M. Pitzer, will be hosting a celebration of Diane's life, which will be open to anyone wishing to celebrate at a date and location to be determined.

In lieu of a service or flowers, Diane's wishes were for cremation with memorial contributions to be made in her name to the Make a Wish Foundation.
