Donna J. Fleissner, age 95, of New Castle, PA, passed away the evening of February 7, 2025, at Haven Convalescent Home in New Castle, PA.

Born July 12, 1929, in New Castle, PA, Donna was the daughter of the late James and Gladys (Carr) Patterson.

On September 14, 1951, Donna married her beloved husband, Alvin George Fleissner, who proceeded her in death on December 14, 1997.

Following her graduation from Union High School, Donna was employed at Bell Telephone, where she was a cashier. She went on to be a cashier at Sears until her retirement in 1991.

Donna loved knitting, line dancing, and traveling. She was also a member of Wimodausis Club and enjoyed her time as a part of Prime Timers and Challenges. Donna was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.

Survivors include, one son, Timothy Fleissner (Bonnie) of New Wilmington, PA; two daughters, Pamela Hardisky of New Castle, PA, and Judith (Terry) McDevitt of Shippenville, PA, as well as 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Donna was preceded in passing by her brother, Charles Patterson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 10 AM -12 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday at 12:30 PM. Father Adam Trambley will officiate.

Burial will be at Eastbrook Presbyterian Cemetery.
