Donna L. Stickle, 74, of 755 Eastbrook Neshannock Falls Road, Volant, PA, passed away the evening of October 17, 2012 at Jameson Hospital. Born March 16, 1938, in Detroit, Michigan, she was a daughter of Arthur E. and Ruby M. Williams Goyit. She is survived by her husband, Ernest W. Stickle, whom she married on September 13, 1958. She was a graduate of New Castle High School in 1956. Donna most recently was a driver for ACTS. Previously she was employed with Bell Telephone and Nationwide Insurance. Among her interests were knitting and painting. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and was very active in political affairs. Donna was a member of Savannah United Methodist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Sheree L. Stickle of Volant, and Margaret E. Moyer of New Middletown, OH; two sons, Gerald W. (Donna) Stickle and Thomas A. Stickle of Volant; five grandchildren, Britney (Jason) Hufnagel, Courtney Stickle, Mia Moyer, Kyle Moyer and Sheree Moyer; and one great-granddaughter, Alexis Hufnagel She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Judy Jones and Carolyn Kennedy. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Mark Goswick will officiate. Burial will be in Eastbrook Presbyterian Cemetery.
