Dorothea Elva Boyer, 93, of Haven Convalescent Home, passed away the afternoon of November 5, 2010 at her residence.Born August 1, 1917 in Middleton, Ohio, she was a daughter of William Harold Woodling and Anna May Reynolds Woodling Ford. She married William Harold Boyer on July 26, 1936. He preceded her in death on February 20, 2002.She was a graduate of Lincoln High School and several years ago was a clerk at Spoa's Market and Valu King.Dorothea was a member of First Church of God where she was active in many church activities and the Women of the Church of God. She enjoyed traveling and crocheting.Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Betty May and Donald Kriebel of Murrysville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles H. and Linda Boyer of New Castle and Robert J. and Sally Boyer of Lake Wells, FL; one sister, Anna Elizabeth Cowan of Zelienople; twelve grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one son, William Lee Boyer.Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 7, 2010, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A funeral service will take place on Monday, November 8, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. The Rev.
