Dorothy M. Gray, 94, of New Wilmington, PA, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 28, 2017 at The Grove at New Wilmington. Born March 12, 1923 in Geneva, Ohio, she was the daughter of George and Adalaide Stimpson Jeppe. Dorothy was preceded in death on November 2, 1992 by her beloved husband of 50 years, Charles B. Gray, whom she married on June 5, 1942 while he was serving in the U.S. military. She loved her family, her flowers and her family horse farm. She was Baptist by faith and a long time Sunday school teacher and faithful member of Sparklers of First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and loving mother of two sons, Barry Gray of New Wilmington and Dennis Gray of Anderson, SC; two grandchildren, Terry of Lawrenceville, GA and Cory of Portland, OR; three great-grandchildren, Griffin, Carly and Justin; and two sisters, Ruth Schraeder and Shirley Manthey, both of Geneva, Ohio. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Raymond and Ralph; and one sister, Louise. A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
