Dorothy Jean Sage, 90, of Edison Manor, formerly of 2 W. Moody Avenue, passed away the morning of March 23, 2012 at Jameson Hospital.Born October 21, 1921 in New Castle, she was a daughter of Vernon and Charlotte Davis Sage.Dorothy went to school in the New Castle school district. She was a homemaker and a former member of Keys of the Kingdom.She enjoyed gardening and her pets.She is survived by nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Vera Reed.Visitation will be held Monday, March 26, 2012, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.A funeral service will immediately follow visitation at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. The Rev. Andrew Jillson will officiate.Burial will be in Castle View Gardens.
