A lifelong resident of New Castle, Dorothy J. Scott, 90, died on July 28, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter W. Scott and devoted mother of Rosemary S. (Mark A.) Studer of Pittsburgh, PA. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Rose Foley and her brother, Mark J. Foley. At Dorothy's request, there will be no visitation and burial will be held privately. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Camillus Church on Wednesday at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Camillus Church, 314 W. Englewood Avenue, New Castle, PA 16105.
