Edward James Kelley "Pic", 64, of New Castle, passed away the afternoon of September 1, 2023, at his residence.

Born August 25,1959, in New Castle, PA, he was the son of Edward J. and the Late Mary Jane (Temenski) Kelley, Jr.

Mr. Kelley was a 1978 graduate of New Castle High School. For several years, Jim was employed by Lockheed Aircraft of Atlanta and Scott's Auto working as a mechanic. He enjoyed spending time with his family picnicking and just relaxing. He was a member of St. Mary's, Holy Spirit Parrish.

Jim is survived by his father, Edward J. Kelley, Jr. and stepmother, Barbara Kelley; one sister, Marjorie (Michael) Trott; one niece, Maria Trott Petronelis; two great nephews, Christopher Petronelis, Jr. and Niko Petronelis, all of New Castle and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by his mother.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1-3 PM, at The R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., with a blessing service following at 3:00 pm. Father Ben Barr will officiate.

Burial will be in Madonna Cemetery.
