Edward E. Sheridan, III, age 35 of New Castle, passed away the evening of July 18, 2021, at his residence. Born Oct. 8, 1985, in New Castle, he was the son of Edward E. Sheridan, Jr. of Edinburg, PA, and Annette (McLaren) Fish of New Castle, PA. On Nov. 11, 2011, he married his beloved wife of 9 years, Kylie G. (Curry) Sheridan. She survives at home. Edward was a 2004 graduate of New Castle High School and the University of Phoenix where he earned his associate degree. He was employed by Ellwood City Forge where he worked in the sales department for 10 years. He enjoyed playing corn hole, hunting in the fall, and most of all, golfing with friends. In addition to his wife, Kylie, Edward is survived by his stepmother, Marty Sheridan of Edinburg, PA; his stepfather, Ernie Fish of New Castle, PA; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Paul (Sandy) Curry of New Castle, PA; one daughter, Mackenzie; two brothers, Mark Quear and Steven (Leacy) Sheridan both of New Castle, PA; two sisters, Stephanie (Jeremy) Anderson of New Wilmington, PA and Tiffany Fish of New Castle, PA; and good friend Tracy Covert. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and grandmother and his paternal grandfather. Visitation will be held on Wed. July 21, 2021, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle. A funeral service will take place on Thurs.
