Eileen K. Locke, age 71 of New Castle, passed away the evening of December 10, 2020, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Born June 13, 1949, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Dale and Virginia (Calderwood) Locke. Eileen was a graduate of New Castle High School. She was employed by Love-A-Tot Day Care and more recently at Laidlaw Bus Company, where she worked as a bus driver. Eileen enjoyed playing bingo and cards. What gave her the most joy in life, was spending time with her family and her two dogs, "Scooter" and "Lucha". She was a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Survivors include two daughters, Melissa Haybarger Cleaver of Edinburg, PA, Courtney Haybarger Habib and husband Joshua of Hubbard, OH; one step-daughter, Krista Smith Haybarger and husband, Michael of Pulaski, PA; one son, Jonathan Haybarger of VA; one brother, Jason Dinsmore; former husband, Robert Haybarger and five grandchildren, Makaylynn, Oshen, Eden, Luka, and Scarlett. Eileen was preceded in death by her parents. Due to the current health crisis, no visitation or services will be held at this time. A memorial service will be announced by the family, at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
