Elizabeth Anne Kelley, age 66 of New Castle, passed away the evening of August 10, 2019 at UPMC Mercy Hospital. Born November 11, 1952 in New Castle, she was the daughter of John W. and Gladys M. (Foster) Crowl. She was married to Frank R. Kelley, Sr. who preceded her in death on June 5, 2000. Elizabeth was a graduate of New Castle High School and the Erie Business Center. She was employed with Quality of Life Services, formerly Golden Hill Nursing Home, as a restorative aide. Among her interests, Elizabeth was an animal lover, especially her cats, and enjoyed frequenting flea markets. She is survived by two sons, Frank R. Kelley, Jr. and Ryan Scott Kelley (Kristen Moore) all of New Castle; one brother, Lumen A. Crowl; two sisters, Norma L. Reno and Mary C. Stanley; her fiancé Glenn Megown; and two grandchildren, Franklin Kelley and Alexander Kelley. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Billie J. Fisher and two brothers, Richard B. Crowl and John W. Crowl. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road. A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation Friday at 5:00 at the funeral home with the Rev. Anthony Kladitis officiating. Burial will be in Castle View Cemetery.
