Emma Mae Gross, 89, of Eckart Bridge Road, Portersville, died September 12, 2016 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 30, 1926 in Georgia. She married Robert Gross on June 30, 1945 in Georgia. He preceded her in death on March 25, 2007. Mrs. Gross is survived by a son, James and his wife Jane Gross of Oil City; a grandson, Scott and wife Kerri Gross of Portersville; a granddaughter, Shelly and husband Jeff Williams of Titusville; six great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, June Gerasimoff on January 1, 2013. Mrs. Gross was particularly proud of becoming a great-great grandmother and was excited that she lived long enough to see a woman run for president. No calling hours or service will be held. Interment will be held at Mt. Hermon Cemetery. The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements are being handled by the R.
