Flora Jane Gould, 55, of New Castle, passed away at her residence November 1, 2012. Born September 25, 1957, in Beaver Falls, she was a daughter of Herbert and Iva Freed White. She married Joseph I. Gould, Sr. in July, 1983. He survives in Beaver Falls. Flora was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School and had a Certified Nurses Assistant license. She was self employed in administering home health care. Flora enjoyed writing, drawing and singing. She was Protestant. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Iva, of Zelienople; one daughter, Angela Nichole Jerome of New Castle; two sons, Joseph I. Gould, Jr. of New Castle and Joshua I. (Dolores) Gould of Oakland, Calif; one brother, Joseph (Kathy) White of Homewood, PA; one sister, Virginia Shoaff of Ellwood City; and six grandchildren. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Tim White and one sister, Janet Vankirk. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. at Solid Rock Ministry, 303 Pearson Street, New Castle. Rev. Reon Nesmith will officiate.
