Frederic W. Betts, 42, of Butler, PA, passed away May 27, 2015 at his residence. Born March 1, 1973 in New Castle, he was a son of Gayle W. and Carole A. Mancini Betts. Fred was a construction worker. He is survived by one daughter, Alicia Betts of New Castle; and two brothers, Rodney (Erin) Betts and Stephen Betts of New Castle. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
