Gary C. Aeppli, 56, of New Castle, passed away the morning of Sept. 23, 2010 at his residence.Born June 17, 1954, in New Castle, he was the son of Gerald C. and Martha R. Brown Aeppli.He married the former Pam Pitzer on July 13, 1987. She survives. Gary graduated from Neshannock High School in 1972. He was currently employed by Local #47 Plumber & Steam Fitters Union and had worked there for 35 years. Gary enjoyed hunting, fishing, his Harley Davidson motorcyle and camping.In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, David W. Aeppli of Anderson, SC; one nephew, DJ Aeppli; and four nieces, Brandy Snyder, Nicole Lee, Laurie Beth Tomak and Amy (Aeppli) Arrigo.He was preceded in death by his parents.Visitation is 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, September 26, 2010, at the R.
