Harry Raymond Baxter, 78, of New Castle, PA, passed away on June 19, 2026, at Quality Life Services of New Castle.

Harry was born October 3, 1947, to the late David Andrew Baxter and Betty Marie Cadman Baxter.

For several years, Harry worked as a roofer, employed by Baxter Heating and Cooling. Harry was an avid collector and enthusiast of model cars.

Harry is survived by, and spent his final days with, his daughter, Nachelle Baxter Owens and nephew, Robert D. Baxter, Jr. (Bobbi). He is also survived by stepdaughter, Debbie Bulisco-LaScola, and stepson, Don Bulisco, along with many nieces and nephews. Harry was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters, as well as his stepdaughter, Mary Jo Bulisco.

Per Harry's wishes, there are no services. Any memorial contributions can be made to R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle, PA 16105, to assist with Harry's final expenses.
