Jack E. Culbertson, age 60, of New Castle, passed away on Saturday morning, June 2, 2018, at his residence. Born on March 2, 1958, in New Castle, he was the son of Jack and Roberta Ramsey Culbertson. A 1976 Neshannock High School graduate, Jack played both baseball and basketball. He later received his locksmith certificate from Follie Bellsaw. Jack went onto own and operate his own locksmith company. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family. Jack is survived by two sisters; Laurie (Tom) Cortes and Roberta Riggans, both of New Castle, three nieces; Shaneen (Brad) Reamish, Kristen Cortes, Heather (David) Meyers, one great-niece and three great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. In keeping with Jack's wishes there will be no calling hours. A private service will be held for the family. Burial will be at Oak Park Cemetery.
