James David Connerly, age 72, of Union Twp., passed away the evening of Nov. 4, 2019, at his residence. Born June 5, 1947, in New Castle, he was the son to the late Earl and Bette (Hoagland) Connerly. James was a graduate of Union High School and served in the United States Army Reserves. He was employed in DC as Police Officer. James then worked at Connerly's Cleaners, as a computer salesman, and more recently as a window clerk at Ladbrooks Race Track and Casino. Mr. Connerly loved technology & electronics and was an avid fan of all Apple products. Survivors include two nephews, Aaron and Eric Macom, both of West Virginia, and an uncle, Bob Connerly of New Castle. Preceding him in death are his parents & one sister, Linda Macom. In keeping with James' wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
