Janet G. Dickey, 88, of New Castle, passed away peacefully the morning of October 22, 2015, at Jameson Hospital. Born August 19, 1927, in Somerset, PA, she was the daughter of Cloyd E. and Ada Fritz Mostoller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Dickey and her only child Peggy Jean Welsh. She attended Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church. She was employed at Newberrys Department Store and General Motors. She was a member of Jameson Guild. Janet was an avid candy maker and enjoyed crocheting. Janet is survived by two grand-daughters, Lesley (Chad) Marion of Hamden, CT., and Jill (Shawn) Welsh Cleary of Danville, VA; three great-grandchildren, Myles Marion, Isla Marion, and Brennan Cleary; one son-in-law, James R. Welsh of Somerset, PA. She is also survived by Carl Mostoller. In addition to her parents, husband, and daughter, she was preceded in death by; three sisters, Laura Bowman, Dorothy Carey, and Thelma (June) Koontz-St. Clair; two brothers, Kenneth and Clifford (Bud) Mostoller. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Somerset, PA. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.
