Jason David Miles, age 39 of New Castle, passed away unexpectedly the evening of Feb. 6, 2021. Born July 27, 1981, in New Castle, he was the son of the late Timothy Lee Eakin and Sherri A. Miles-Eakin. Jason was a graduate of Lawrence County Vo-Tech and was the owner and operator of Tiles by Miles. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, camping, and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jason was a hard worker and loved his family more than anything. What gave him the most joy in life, was spending time with his children, and gaming with his son. He was a member of Life Changing Ministries. Jason is survived by his long-time girlfriend, Jessica Lambert, and their son, Jace Parker Miles, both of New Castle; one daughter, Gionna Sherre Miles of New Castle; one brother, Travis Eakin of New Castle; five sisters, Ashlee Eakin of Hubbard, Dyanna Eakin of Pittsburgh, April Eakin of Las Vegas, Nicole Eakin of New Castle, Lee-Anna Upperman of Canton; one grandchild, Ariyah Holmes of New Castle; his grandmothers, Carol Sibeto and Beverly Farrar and his grandfather, Joe Farrar. In addition to his parents, Jason was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marco Sibeto. Private services were held for the family. Memorial contributions may be made directly to the family.
