Jean L. Marlowe, 82, died Dec. 2, 2020, at AHN Grove City after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her adoptive parents, Edwin (Martha) Gibson; birth parents Charles (Marian) Smith; and husband, Frank A. Marlowe, Jr. She is survived by two brothers, Edwin Gibson of New Castle, PA and John (Connie) Smith of Wilmington, OH; a sister Janet (Myrl) Morris of Wilmington, OH; four sons – Michael Marlowe of Rochester, NY; David (Beth Ann) Marlowe of Auburn, IN; Daniel Marlowe of New Castle, PA; and Dale (Dyann) Marlowe of Springfield, VA; 13 grandkids; and one great granddaughter. An immediate internment was provided at the Slippery Rock Cemetery. An informal gathering of family and friends will be provided on Sat. Aug. 21st at the New Covenant Church on Harlansburg Rd., New Castle, PA from 2 – 4 p.m.
